Mid Level Associate, Insurance Coverage
The candidate should have 2-5 years of insurance coverage litigation experience. Should have a strong litigation background, with experience analyzing coverage issues, drafting coverage opinions, pleadings, and dispositive motions, and conducting discovery in insurance coverage litigation and other commercial litigation. Must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. Being licensed to practice in New Jersey is a plus. Excellent academic background is needed. Superior research, writing, and communication skills are needed. Should be organized and self-motivated. Experience handling all phases of the litigation process including drafting pleadings and motions, and conducting discovery and appeals needed. Arbitration and/or trial experience is a plus.
