Location:

• Los Angeles, California

Duties:

• Manage a litigation caseload involving a variety of personal injury matters

• Draft and file legal documents including complaints, motions, and discovery

• Draft and respond to written discovery

• Prepare clients for depositions and hearings

• Take and defend depositions throughout litigation

• Attend court appearances, mediations, and hearings

• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

• Direct and support investigations related to assigned matters

• Collaborate with firm leadership and participate in trial prep and focus groups

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in personal injury law, including litigation

• Experience handling written discovery and taking/defending depositions

• Willingness to participate in court appearances and trial work

• Interest in growing litigation capabilities in a team-focused environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar

Skills:

• Strong writing and analytical abilities

• Effective communication and client management skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

• Familiarity with workers’ compensation (a plus)

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
