Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid-level Corporate Associate to join its Dallas, TX office. The ideal candidate will have experience with capital markets transactions, SEC reporting, and public company representation.

Duties

• Support capital markets transactions, including public and private securities offerings and related compliance matters.
• Assist with SEC reporting and disclosure obligations for public company clients.
• Contribute to a range of corporate transactions and general corporate matters as part of a collaborative deal team.
• Work closely with partners and senior associates to deliver practical, business-focused legal advice.
• Advise clients on day-to-day corporate governance and related corporate matters.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 2-4 years of corporate transactional experience.
• Experience with securities offerings, capital markets transactions, and/or public company representation strongly preferred.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Admission to practice in Texas (or eligibility to waive in).

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
