Duties

• Assist in managing a docket of pre-litigation employment law cases.
• Evaluate cases and draft demand letters, correspondence, and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and client positions.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services.
• Participate in client communication under the guidance of senior attorneys.
• Maintain a positive, professional presence in the office and with clients.

Requirements

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Prior experience working as an attorney is a plus.
• Interest in employment law; employee-side experience is a plus but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California Bar License (Required).
