Duties:

• Represent the firm at pre-trials, trials, mediations, and other court appearances
• Handle hearings and various legal proceedings across multiple counties
• Manage case load in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Work independently and as part of a team, balancing multiple priorities
• Communicate effectively with clients and court officials

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Texas
• Experience in court proceedings preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Texas Bar License (Preferred)

Skills:

• Strong motivation and ability to work independently
• Excellent computer and word processing skills
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities
• Court experience is preferred
