  • Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution of property-related components of infrastructure projects

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of substantive experience in real estate law, preferably with a focus on commercial or energy-related transactions

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple complex matters

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and cross-functional teams

  • Proven experience with title insurance, surveys, and related documentation

  • Excellent analytical, writing, and organizational abilities

  • Must be admitted to practice in Texas

Education:

  • Adept at managing relationships with title insurers, developers, and third-party vendors

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality client service

  • Collaborative team player with the ability to lead and support project execution

Job Location:

  • Austin, TX

Benefits:

  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage

  • Pre-tax savings options through flexible spending and health savings accounts

  • Participation in 401(k) retirement plans with eligibility for profit-sharing

  • Generous paid time off (minimum of 20 days) and 11 firm holidays

  • Paid parental leave (minimum 14 weeks) for bonding with newborns or adopted children

  • Fertility and family-forming support through inclusive benefits programs

  • Wellness initiatives including mental health support, fitness app memberships, and pet insurance

  • Executive coaching and business development support for career growth

  • Vacation stipend incentive for meeting performance thresholds

  • Access to global legal resources and cross-border project work

  • Time allocated annually for pro bono and volunteer initiatives

  • Referral bonuses for talent acquisition contributions

  • Commitment to inclusivity, innovation, and professional development in a collaborative culture
