The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in Electrical Engineering. Prior patent litigation experience is preferred. Must be self-motivated, confident, and personable team players, have outstanding professional and academic credentials and be admitted to practice in their respective states. Patent Bar admission is a plus. Should have 2-4 years of experience to support the firm’s growing patent litigation practice.
