Duties

• Represent clients in complex corporate matters, including private equity M&A and mid-market M&A.
• Engage in venture financings, securities, and general corporate governance.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents with precision and clarity.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in corporate law, focusing on M&A transactions.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Business development aptitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and exceptional work ethic.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the bar in the jurisdiction(s) where admitted to practice.

Skills

• Experience with private equity M&A and mid-market M&A.
• Early-stage financing experience is a plus.
