A law firm seeks an experienced attorney with a background in Labor & Employment Litigation to join its Alexandria, VA office. The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling all aspects of labor & employment litigation and counseling employers on compliance. This role offers the opportunity to engage with sophisticated clients on cutting-edge topics. Admission to the Virginia Bar is required, with additional admission to the Maryland and Washington D.C. Bar considered a plus.

Duties

• Handle all aspects of labor & employment litigation.
• Counsel employers on compliance matters.
• Engage with a diverse range of clients on complex legal issues.
• Participate in preventative counseling and litigation strategies.

Requirements

• Significant experience in labor & employment litigation.
• Admission to the Virginia Bar.
• Admission to the Maryland and Washington D.C. Bar is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Virginia Bar.

Skills
