• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Negotiate with opposing parties to obtain favorable settlements.
• Serve as first-chair trial counsel, handling all trial aspects.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff for efficient case management.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active bar admission.
• Experience or strong interest in personal injury law.
• Exceptional legal research abilities.
• Strong legal writing skills for drafting persuasive documents.
• Capability to manage complex matters requiring negotiation and problem-solving.
• Experience with legal administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and teamwork.
• Newly licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply.

Education
