Duties

• Handle insurance defense cases with guidance from senior attorneys

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and discovery

• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and mediations

• Communicate with clients and insurers regarding case status and strategy

• Work collaboratively with team members to develop case strategies

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in insurance defense litigation

• Familiarity with fast-paced legal environments and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Demonstrated interest in civil litigation and trial practice

• Commitment to delivering excellent client service and results

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
