• Provide leadership and guidance to paralegals and legal assistants
• Maintain an affirmative approach and tackle issues proactively
• Juggle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail
• Prevent unnecessary complications and enhance workplace atmosphere
• Demonstrate passion for assisting individuals in matrimonial matters

• Conduct depositions and possess strong written and oral communication skills

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience, preferably in family law
• Licensed to practice law in Florida
• Expertise in complex asset divorce cases, combative family law matters, and dependency procedures
• Ability to problem-solve efficiently and demonstrate a willingness to learn
• Motivated, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Advocate for clients with a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida State Bar
