Legal Project Management Analyst

The candidate will assist with the implementation of alternative fee agreements for Firm attorneys. Routinely monitor the success of pricing arrangements and budgets by implementing LPM and reporting tools. Good communication skills are essential. Interact with partners and Firm leadership. Work with key stakeholders, including pricing team, billing team, and attorneys to implement alternative fee agreements, including rate and task code set up and fulfillment of client reporting requirements; attorneys and pricing team to develop matter budgets. Track the performance of matters against budget. Maintain fee agreement calendar. Identify issues and provides suggestions to day-to-day problems; prioritize and effectively complete daily tasks. Share information by using data and information to support an argument or point of view; keep the team informed about progress and problems; avoid surprises; understand the appropriate level of confidentiality required. Give positive feedback to others; is developing skills to mentor others; ask questions; is assigned work; focus on day-to-day tasks. Attend required training; accept planned change willingly. Work as a member of the team and understands the goals of the team; understand that team members' needs, ideas, and solutions vary. Other duties as assigned. Must have a Bachelor’s degree or a J.D. or MBA degree is preferred; Intermediate Excel Proficiency; proficiency with extracting data using SQL searches; previous law firm experience.
