Duties:

• Conduct patent searches, analysis, and due diligence related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Handle global patent prosecution and portfolio management for clients.
• Provide expertise in freedom to operate and patent clearance assessments.
• Draft and negotiate licensing agreements and other technology transactions.
• Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to develop and articulate effective legal strategies and courses of action.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings related to intellectual property matters.

Requirements:

• 8-14 years of experience as an Intellectual Property Attorney.
• Registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong academic record.
• Proficient writing skills for drafting legal documents and reports.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Superior judgment in legal matters.
• Active Bar license in Missouri (MO).

Preferred Skills:
