Location:

• Los Angeles, CA 

Duties:

• Evaluate and analyze potential personal injury cases via phone, email, or in-person

• Establish trust and rapport with prospective clients through empathetic communication

• Assess the merit of cases based on legal criteria and firm standards

• Educate potential clients about the personal injury process and respond to inquiries

• Collaborate with intake staff for seamless client onboarding

• Maintain detailed case documentation and follow-up as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience handling personal injury matters

• Minimum 1 year of intake experience

• Demonstrated interest in advocating for injury victims

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and high-volume interactions

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Willingness to work in a team environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of California

• Must be in good standing with the California Bar

Skills:

• Legal case evaluation and intake assessment
