Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar.
- Proven experience handling personal injury law cases.
- Familiarity with general and commercial litigation practices.
- Proficiency in legal research platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis.
- Excellent legal writing and drafting skills.
- Strong negotiation and courtroom advocacy abilities.
- Knowledge of related areas such as employment law or estate planning is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
- Exceptional client communication skills.
Education
