Job Title: Litigation Attorney (Hybrid)

Job Overview:
A prestigious law firm located in Pasadena, CA is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic practice. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within the construction, real estate, employment, and insurance sectors, handling complex litigation matters. The ideal candidate will manage cases and disputes on behalf of clients while developing strategies for negotiation, settlement, and litigation. The position includes opportunities for both in-person and remote work.

Duties:

• Represent clients in litigation, including arbitration, trial, and mediation, with a focus on construction, real estate, employment, and insurance disputes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve legal issues and build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Provide expert legal counsel and strategic advice on complex cases.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials as required.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies to advocate for clients.
• Ensure all deadlines are met and that client communications are timely and clear.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, preferably within construction, real estate, insurance, or employment law.
• Strong expertise in arbitration and trial procedures.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal matters and provide innovative solutions for clients.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California.
