Requirements

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a preference for experience in public agency and school district matters.

• Familiarity with California public agency and education laws.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
