Duties:

• Stay up-to-date on relevant statutes, case law, and legal regulations.
• Assist with appellate work as needed, though this is not the primary focus.
• Work closely with the partner attorney on select cases, ensuring the best possible legal support.
• Contribute to the development of innovative legal theories and strategies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Michigan State Bar.
• Proven experience in legal research and writing, particularly in personal injury law (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Dedication to helping clients who have suffered catastrophic injuries.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Michigan State Bar.
