• Provide legal counsel on CLO, ABS, and CMBS matters.

Requirements

• 2-6+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Solid law firm work experience.
• CLO, ABS, and/or CMBS experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in New York.
