Location:

Duties:

• Conduct client consultations to assess case details and build trust

• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case updates

• Evaluate personal injury claims to determine case value and legal strategy

• Draft and review demand letters and settlement proposals

• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies

• Collaborate with legal staff and other attorneys to manage caseload

• Prepare files for litigation when necessary

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of case developments

Requirements:

• Active membership in good standing with the Georgia Bar or willingness to become barred in Georgia

• Previous experience in personal injury or claims evaluation preferred

• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently

• Team-oriented with a collaborative work ethic

• Proactive approach to legal problem-solving

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia (or eligible and willing to become licensed)

Skills:

• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Client-focused with a compassionate demeanor

• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Familiarity with legal case management systems preferred
