Duties:

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case development.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including contracts, motions, and pleadings.
• Represent clients in court hearings, including arguing motions and other related proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Maintain a client-focused approach while handling complex legal challenges.

Requirements:

• Admission to the Illinois Bar and in good standing.
• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial litigation, transactions, or bankruptcy law.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent oral communication and client management skills.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to the practice of law.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Illinois Bar.

Skills:

• Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
