Duties

• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure seamless transition from intake to case handling.
• Maintain organized records of all intake activities in the firm's case management system.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in California, in good standing with the California Bar.
• Experience in personal injury and medical malpractice law preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Compassionate and client-centered approach.
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of leads efficiently.
• Proficient in case management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills for accurate intake assessments and documentation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
