The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with debt, debt-like, and equity transactions related to real estate projects, particularly in construction financing and multi-tiered capital transactions.

Duties

• Engage in a wide range of debt and equity transactions secured by real estate projects.
• Focus on lender/capital provider-side work while handling borrower-side work as needed.
• Collaborate directly with partners and maintain client contact.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in real estate finance.
• Experience with construction financing and multi-tiered capital transactions.
• Active bar license in the location of consideration.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction.
