Duties:

• Conduct thorough consultations with potential new clients
• Assess and evaluate client needs in estate planning matters
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Document family structures, asset inventories, and unique concerns for estate administration
• Collaborate with managing attorneys on complex cases and urgent issues
• Perform legal research and draft relevant documents supporting legal proceedings
• Ensure compliance with state-specific legal regulations and ethical standards
• Flag and prioritize time-sensitive client matters

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Bar in New Jersey or pending Bar results
• Strong passion for estate planning and related legal fields
• Proactive and eager to learn new skills
• Team-oriented with strong communication abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey (or pending Bar exam results)
