A law firm seeks a Transactional / International Tax Associate in New York. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic team, working closely with partners and contributing to a variety of tax structuring transactions and corporate matters.

Duties

• Contribute to the analysis, coordination, and execution of tax structuring transactions.
• Manage tax matters including international supply chain structuring and domestic reorganizations.
• Represent public and private companies in corporate, tax, securities, and real estate matters.
• Structure transactions involving taxable and tax-free acquisitions and reorganizations.
• Support the practice through research and writing.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a law or accounting firm.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of New York and in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• New York State Bar admission.
