Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Junior Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-3 years of sophisticated litigation experience in commercial litigation matters. The ideal candidate must possess strong writing skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong, positive presence with advocacy ability. Stellar academics, research skills, entrepreneurial drive, and initiative are preferred. Maryland Bar admission is required.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various litigation matters.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings.
• Assist with case management and preparation for trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Participate in case strategy discussions and client meetings.
• Handle administrative tasks related to caseload management.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of sophisticated litigation experience in commercial litigation matters.
• Strong writing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive presence with excellent advocacy ability.
• Stellar academics with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Maryland Bar admission.
