• Compliance & Risk Assessment: Analyze legal risks, advise clients on legal strategies, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of six months of experience as a practicing attorney.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work both independently and within a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active California Bar membership in good standing (required).
