Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including litigation and administrative hearings.
• Assist in family law matters, offering counsel and legal guidance to clients.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents in both personal injury and family law.
• Manage and prioritize a caseload with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop effective legal strategies.
• Communicate complex legal concepts to clients in a clear, understandable manner.
• Provide detailed updates to clients regarding case status and legal developments.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all case-related information.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and court proceedings as necessary.
• Ensure all work adheres to firm standards of excellence and complies with applicable laws.

Requirements:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law and litigation; experience in family law is a plus.
• Active Bar membership in South Carolina (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership (preferred).

Skills:
