Duties

Requirements

• Strong foundation in law with ability to interpret statutes and case law.
• Experience or knowledge in labor and employment law.
• Ability to provide clear, practical legal advice.
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to ethical practice and client service.
• Prior law firm experience or relevant practice in Florida courts preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
