Duties

• Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and support issues.

• Develop case strategy and provide practical legal advice.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Florida family law.
• Comfortable in a courtroom setting.
• Strong writing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a busy docket efficiently.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.

Skills

• Spanish-language ability is a plus.
• Mediation certification is advantageous.
• Experience in solo or small-firm practice is beneficial.
