This position offers a leadership opportunity, with a path to an influential role within the firm. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in regulatory law and an interest in building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted legal advisor to airlines, transportation companies, and regulatory agencies.
• Lead and develop strategic regulatory and compliance initiatives for corporate clients.
• Represent clients before federal agencies such as the DOT, FAA, and FTC.
• Contribute to business development efforts by expanding client relationships.
• Mentor junior attorneys and help shape the future direction of the firm.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in aviation law, regulatory compliance, or a related practice area.
• Background in handling agency regulatory matters, enforcement actions, and compliance reviews.
• Established relationships with U.S. regulatory agencies and industry stakeholders.
• Prior experience in a leadership or business development role is highly preferred.
