Duties

• Draft and negotiate leases, subleases, amendments, and related documentation.
• Represent landlords and tenants in leasing transactions.
• Enforce lease agreements and handle ancillary real estate transactions.
• Build and maintain strong client and team relationships.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in retail leasing transactions.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the resident-office jurisdiction.
