The candidate must have 4+ years of experience. Must possess excellent academic credentials and solid research, writing and analytical skills. Experience in corporate governance, compliance, commercial contracts, intellectual property, securities, healthcare, real property acquisition and development, etc. preferred. Judicial clerkship experience and/or large law firm experience preferred. Must be licensed in California.
