Family Law and Criminal Defense Associate Attorney

Profile

Huron office of our client seeks a family law and criminal defense associate attorney with 1-3 years of professional legal experience. The candidate will serve a caseload of general matters, including state criminal defense (misdemeanors, low-level felonies, abuse and neglect of minors) and family (divorce, custody, visitation, spousal support, child support). Must be familiar with Microsoft Office, computer-based case management software, Westlaw legal research, and public legal research options like the South Dakota Legislative Research Council, the Unified Judicial System, and the LII / Legal Information Institute. Must be licensed to practice law by the South Dakota Supreme Court.
