Duties

Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience in premises, auto, or products liability, healthcare, wrongful death, and personal injury defense.
• Experience managing a litigation caseload independently.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.
• Experience in courtroom appearances and taking depositions; trial experience is a plus.
• Active member of the Nevada State Bar, in good standing.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Exceptional communication skills for client and team interactions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Nevada State Bar license.
