Job Overview:
A prominent law firm based in West Hollywood, CA, is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its legal team in a hybrid capacity. This position involves serving as a key litigation support resource to a senior partner, with a focus on managing a variety of complex family law cases. Duties:

• Draft and revise essential family law documents, including initial pleadings, Requests for Orders, ex parte applications, discovery requests, stipulations, and temporary restraining orders

• Prepare client declarations and court-ready submissions with accuracy and attention to legal nuance

• Conduct legal research across statutes, case law, and expert commentary to support filings and trial strategies

• Engage in client communication and maintain correspondence with opposing parties, court personnel, and expert witnesses

• Represent clients during court appearances and advocate for their rights and best interests

• Collaborate with senior leadership to support ongoing litigation strategy and client case development

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience handling family law matters

• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California

• Demonstrated experience managing a case docket with minimal oversight

• Background in litigation, courtroom advocacy, and legal drafting in the family law context

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Skills:

• Meticulous attention to detail in drafting and reviewing legal documents

• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously

• Strong legal research and analytical skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
