Duties

• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and related legal issues.
• Develop, manage, and supervise client relationships, ensuring the highest level of legal service.
• Advise clients on complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
• Handle negotiations, mediations, and litigation in family law cases.
• Collaborate with colleagues to strategize and develop comprehensive legal approaches.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive client information with professionalism.

Requirements

• Proven experience in family law, with the ability to manage and resolve cases independently.
• Strong understanding of family law statutes, legal research, and legal writing.
• Ability to generate and manage a portable book of business of at least $200,000.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in the state of Maryland.

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with the Maryland State Bar.

• Expertise in family law, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, and spousal support.
• Strong leadership and client management skills.
