Help Desk Technician
The candidate will be the primary expert on the applications and systems he or she is assigned to support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Typical responsibilities include application operation and troubleshooting, technical research, configuring and troubleshooting hardware, and audio/video equipment support. This position includes training of attorneys and staff, either one on one or as an instructor in our internal technical training program when appropriate. Previous help desk experience is strongly preferred. Should have exceptional technical and organizational skills and the ability to learn independently. A college degree in computer science, information technology or related field is preferred. A commitment to providing superior customer service is essential. Candidates must enjoy problem solving and working with others to find effective solutions to computer related issues. The successful applicant will have an understanding of the role of the IT department within a full-service law firm environment.
