Duties

• Conduct liability analysis, evaluate coverage, and develop case strategy.
• Review medical records, police reports, and insurance documentation to assess case value.
• Draft demand letters, correspondence, and settlement communications.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing parties to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and provide high-level service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case progression.
• Prepare cases for litigation handoff when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the firm's case management system.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• 3+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experience.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.
• Strong negotiation and case evaluation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
