Duties

• Collaborate with multi-office teams on corporate and tax transactional matters.

• Work with public and private companies, private equity funds, and financial institutions to structure transactions efficiently.
• Stay updated on evolving tax laws and corporate regulations to ensure compliance and provide innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of two years of experience handling U.S. federal income tax matters within a law firm or comparable setting.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and precision.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, team-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
