Duties:

• Handle trust and estate litigation cases, including will contests, trust disputes, fiduciary litigation, and related matters.
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and other dispute resolution proceedings.
• Appear in person at hearings, depositions, mediations, client meetings, and other necessary engagements.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal briefs, motions, and other litigation-related documents.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, pleadings, and motions practice.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and other legal professionals to build effective legal strategies.
• Advise clients on legal issues, litigation risks, and settlement options.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions, case developments, and court documents.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in trust and estate litigation.
• Strong academic record and excellent professional credentials.
• Ability to represent clients effectively in court and other legal proceedings.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Admission to practice law in California required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active admission to the California Bar.
