  • Strong oral advocacy skills, with confidence presenting cases in court and questioning witnesses.
  • Familiarity with courtroom procedures, including evidentiary rules and trial techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural, economic, and educational backgrounds.
  • Availability to appear in court several days each week.

Education:

Certifications:

  • Active California Bar membership required.

Skills:

  • Excellent courtroom presence and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong legal research and writing abilities, with attention to detail when drafting legal documents.
  • Capacity to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Client service orientation with the ability to build trust and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Team collaboration mindset, with the flexibility to assist colleagues on broader real estate matters when needed.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills to quickly assess cases and develop effective litigation strategies.

Benefits:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Employer-sponsored life and disability insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions.
  • Generous paid vacation and sick leave programs.
  • Professional development opportunities, including mentoring and training.
  • Flexible hybrid work schedule (after initial training period and subject to manager approval).

Location:
