Job Overview:
A Northglenn-based law firm is seeking a dynamic Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to join a fast-paced, client-centered legal practice. Duties:

• Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake to settlement

• Maintain and execute detailed case strategies and plans

• Regularly communicate with clients, healthcare providers, adjusters, and expert witnesses

• Review, interpret, and summarize medical documentation

• Draft a range of legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, discovery responses, and motions

• Participate in mediations, depositions, and negotiations as necessary

• Ensure timely and accurate updates within a digital case management system

• Evaluate financial considerations in each case, tracking expenses and recoveries

• Stay current with changes in relevant personal injury laws and regulations

• Support potential clients by explaining legal services and contract terms

• Handle new client matters as they arise, often on short notice

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal injury law (preferred but not required)

• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and conducting legal analysis

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and manage expectations

• Familiarity with a paperless legal practice and legal practice management systems

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in the state of Colorado (active and in good standing)
