Job Overview:
A prominent labor and employment law firm is seeking a skilled Employment Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Baltimore, MD office. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator with a strong foundation in employment law to manage complex cases and advise high-profile clients. The role involves a combination of litigation, counseling, and training services related to workplace compliance and disputes.

Location:

• Baltimore, MD

Duties:

• Defend employers in employment-related litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims

• Represent clients before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, in mediations, and arbitration proceedings

• Handle class and collective actions and non-compete/trade secret litigation

• Advise and counsel employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws

• Conduct workplace investigations and assist in drafting employment policies and training materials

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience (employment law experience strongly preferred)

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with both state and federal employment-related administrative procedures

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

• Strong academic credentials

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the Maryland Bar
