Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in health care regulatory and transactional matters.
• Licensed to practice law in Missouri or eligible for Missouri bar admission.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Excellent client service abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed attorney in Missouri.

Skills

• In-depth understanding of Medicare reimbursement and Stark laws.
• Proficiency in managing complex legal transactions.
