Duties

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Experience with class action defense in securities, data privacy, or consumer litigation.
• Experience managing multi-matter dockets.
• Previous federal clerkship preferred.
• Strong persuasive legal writing skills.
• Experience with large-scale discovery.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)
