Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in employment litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a high-volume caseload efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop creative and strategic legal arguments.
• Highly motivated with a results-driven approach to litigation.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active and in good standing with the California State Bar.
