Duties

• Handle employment-related administrative investigations and litigation.
• Respond to EEOC charges and similar agency requests.
• Prepare and respond to pleadings and conduct e-discovery.
• Develop defense and litigation strategies.
• Engage in motion practice and court appearances.
• Lead trials, arbitrations, and appeals.
• Participate in mediation and settlement strategy development.
• Manage and prioritize multiple cases effectively.
• Supervise junior attorneys and support staff.
• Utilize legal-focused AI tools for efficiency.

Requirements

• Active Missouri law license; additional licenses preferred.
• Seven years of experience in adversary employment law matters.
• Experience with litigation management and billing guidelines.
• Excellent writing, oral advocacy, and analytical skills.
• Understanding of employment laws such as Title VII, ADEA, ADA, and FMLA.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active law license in Missouri.
