Location

Duties

• Represent clients in complex intellectual property litigation, including federal court matters

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda

• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies

• Participate in discovery processes, depositions, and pretrial activities

• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices

• Analyze and distill technical subject matter into persuasive legal arguments

• Engage in client communication and provide litigation updates

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in intellectual property litigation

• Prior experience with Federal Circuit cases preferred

• Demonstrated ability to manage technical and complex legal issues

• Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset

• High level of attention to detail and critical thinking

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Strong academic credentials required

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of intended practice

• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy

• Advanced research and analytical capabilities

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Proficiency in managing case files and litigation timelines
